Changes to Create a new portfolio

added the pattern ^[0-9a-fA-F]{8}-[0-9a-fA-F]{4}-[0-9a-fA-F]{4}-[0-9a-fA-F]{4}-[0-9a-fA-F]{12}$ to the request property team_id

the response property name became optional for the status 200

media type application/json; charset=utf-8 was changed to application/json for the response status 200

added the optional property tag_type to the response with the 200 status

the id response's property pattern ^[0-9a-fA-F]{8}-[0-9a-fA-F]{4}-[0-9a-fA-F]{4}-[0-9a-fA-F]{4}-[0-9a-fA-F]{12}$ was added for the status 200
