With `include: ads_and_offers`, also the storefront offer changes read on each brand's main storefront host (sale started, discount of 20% or more started, new code, offer ended, free-shipping threshold changed): those items carry `offer` and a null `ad`. `limit` goes up to 500: a page costs one scan whatever its size.

Grouped radar signals for the workspace's tracked brands in the last `days` days, newest first: ads started, confirmed stops and link changes per brand and day, plus activity changes (active-ad ramps and drops, launch bursts, sales, new landing pages, new linked pages, new whitelisting pairs, format-mix shifts, long-running ads refreshed). With `include: ads_and_offers`, also offers_started: a storefront sale, a discount of 20% or more, or a new code first shown on the brand's main storefront host, one signal per brand and day. Each carries evidence links.
