Changes to Get the list of phases of a Competition

the response property phases became required for the status 200

added the non-success response with the status 400

added the non-success response with the status 404

for the path request parameter id, the type changed from no type to integer

the response's body type changed from no type to object for status 200

added the optional property phases to the response with the 200 status
