Changes to List snapshots

removed the required property data/items/allOf[#/components/schemas/SnapshotBase]/network_id from the response with the 200 status

deleted the query request parameter network_id

added the new optional query request parameter site_id

added the required property data/items/allOf[#/components/schemas/SnapshotBase]/site_id to the response with the 200 status

added the optional property meta/pagination/group_counts to the response with the 200 status

api operation id get_all_snapshots removed and replaced with list_snapshots
