Changes to GET `/api/v0/main-frontend/email-verification/test-mode-code` - The signed-in account's own pending verification code. Exists because the system tests have no mail capture. 404 unless `TEST_MODE` is on, and scoped to the caller's own account, so an accidentally open gate only ever hands you your own code.
