GET `/api/v0/course-material/chatbot/conversations/all` Returns all conversations that a user has.

POST `/api/v0/course-material/chatbot/:chatbot_configuration_id/conversations/:conversation_id/tool-response` Answers a tool call the chatbot suspended its turn on, which resumes the turn once nothing else is outstanding. Responds with the same stream `send-message` does, carrying either the resumed turn or a lone `Suspended` event when the turn is still waiting for another answer.
