deleted the header request parameter Authorization

the endpoint scheme security token was added to the API

added the optional property results/items/payment_info to the response with the 200 status

api operation id get-submissions removed and replaced with submissions_GetSubmissions

added the pattern ^[0-3][0-9]/[0-1][0-9]/[0-9]{4}$ to the query request parameter submitted_before

added the pattern ^[0-3][0-9]/[0-1][0-9]/[0-9]{4}$ to the query request parameter submitted_from
