api operation id job_opening removed and replaced with get_api_v3_job_opening

the data/items/attributes/url response's property format changed from uri to no format for status 200

added the non-success response with the status 503

added the optional property meta/crawler_potentially_blocked to the response with the 200 status

added the optional property meta/no_active_openings_confirmed to the response with the 200 status

removed the non_manager enum value from the data/items/attributes/seniority response property for the response status 200

added the required property data/items/attributes/normalized_title to the response with the 200 status
