Leaderboard

Get paginated maker leaderboard

Returns a paginated list of makers sorted by profit, volume, or liquidity. When window is not lifetime, totalAmountTaken and realizedProfitUsd are window-scoped while liquidity, success rate, and counts remain lifetime.
