Update organization spend limit

Create or replace the organization's hard spend limit.

threshold_amountinteger required

The hard spend limit amount, in cents.

currency'USD' required

The currency for the threshold amount. Currently, only USD is supported.

interval'month' required

The time interval for evaluating spend against the threshold. Currently, only month is supported.

Hard spend limit created or replaced successfully.

object'organization.spend_limit' required

The object type, which is always organization.spend_limit.

threshold_amountinteger required

The hard spend limit amount, in cents.
