Deletar um assistente da etapa

Remove o assistente da etapa. A exclusão é lógica: ele para de disparar e some das listagens, mas o histórico de execuções continua acessível. Não há endpoint de restauração — para tirar um assistente de operação temporariamente, prefira desativá-lo pela edição.
