Desvincular um projeto filho

Desfaz o vínculo entre um projeto pai e um de seus filhos diretos. O projeto desvinculado passa a ser raiz e mantém a própria descendência intacta. Se o projeto informado não for filho direto daquele pai, a operação é recusada.
