Listar os filhos de um projeto

Retorna os projetos filhos diretos de um projeto, cada um com a contagem dos próprios filhos, e também o projeto pai do projeto consultado (quando houver). Não desce além do primeiro nível — para a árvore inteira, use a rota de árvore da hierarquia.
