Deletar uma meta

Remove a meta por soft delete: ela sai das listagens e só reaparece com filter[trashed], deixa de ser considerada nas metas compostas que a incluíam e seus resultados já apurados ficam inacessíveis, embora não sejam apagados. Não existe endpoint para restaurar uma meta removida.
