Reordenar áreas de negócio

Define a ordem em que as áreas de negócio aparecem na listagem. A posição de cada identificador dentro do array vira a posição da área na lista, começando em zero. Envie sempre a lista completa: áreas não citadas mantêm a posição anterior e podem acabar empatadas com as reposicionadas.
