Restaurar uma área de negócio

Restaura uma área de negócio arquivada, devolvendo-a ao uso normal. Só funciona para áreas que estejam arquivadas. Os funis de projeto que perderam o vínculo no arquivamento não são reatribuídos: é preciso vinculá-los novamente.
