Arquivar uma área de negócio

Arquiva uma área de negócio: a exclusão é reversível e a área continua aparecendo na listagem com deleted_at preenchido, podendo voltar pelo endpoint de restauração. Todos os funis de projeto que estavam nessa área ficam sem área de negócio, e esse vínculo não é refeito quando a área é restaurada.
