Changes to Sanity checks the providers of the workspace. The agents of its on-premise providers: agents sharing a machine, a memory per agent declared too low; a public provider of another workspace is not checked. A name shared with another provider the workspace sees, its own, shared or OctoPerf's, reported only on the providers the caller can rename: the result depends on the caller
