Changes to Create a new editable thread

added the new required request property followerUserRoleIds

for the path request parameter innovationId, the format changed from no format to uuid

the message request property's maxLength was set to 4000

the subject request property's maxLength was set to 200

removed the optional property thread from the response with the 200 status

added the new optional request property file

added the required property id to the response with the 200 status
