Update rack passive element

Update an existing passive element using JSON merge-patch semantics: only the fields present in the request body are changed. The element type is immutable. Requires MODIFY access to the rack object.

Orientation (0=fill, 1=front, 2=rear).

Number of ports (patch panels only).

imageFrontstring uuid

Front image UUID from the image library.

imageRearstring uuid

Rear image UUID from the image library.
