Changes to List Sections

the response property items/blocker_lesson_id became nullable for the status 200

the items/blocker_lesson_id response's property type changed from string to integer null for status 200

the items/blocker_section_id response's property type changed from string null to integer null for status 200

added the new optional query request parameter per_page

for the path request parameter course_id, the type was generalized from integer to string

added the non-success response with the status 422

added the optional property hint to the response with the 401 status

added the optional property hint to the response with the 404 status
