Close a stored completion transcript (deprecated)

Deprecated: append a client-side terminal tool's result and answer to a stored transcript.

Completions end with the model's plain-text answer, so nothing needs closing; harnesses that still end turns with their own terminal tool should resend the full history in messages on the next request instead.
