UpdateBook

Updates a book. Returns INVALID_ARGUMENT if the name of the book is non-empty and does not equal the existing name.

put/v1/shelves/{shelf}/books/{book}

Path parameters

shelfstring required

The shelf id.

bookstring required

The book id.

Query parameters

namestring

The name of the book to update.

Request body

namestring required

The resource name of the book. Book names have the form shelves/{shelf_id}/books/{book_id}. The name is ignored when creating a book.

authorstring

The name of the book author.

titlestring

The title of the book.

readboolean

Value indicating whether the book has been read.

borrow_timestring date-time

The previous borrowing timestamp.

created_atstring date-time

The creation date and time.

updated_atstring date-time

The last update date and time.
