Changes to Get contract providers

added the new RT enum value to the items/items/license_type response property for the response status 200

the response's body type changed from no type to object for status 200

deleted the header request parameter Authorization

the endpoint scheme security OAuthScheme was added to the API

for the path request parameter contract_id, the type was generalized from no type to string, and format from no format to uuid

added the optional property next_page_token to the response with the 200 status

added the optional property prev_page_token to the response with the 200 status

added the required property items to the response with the 200 status

api operation id get_contract_providers removed and replaced with v3_get_contract_providers
