Changes to GET /watch/promos/popular

the allOf[subschema #2] response's property type changed from no type to object for status 200

added the optional property allOf[subschema #2]/data to the response with the 200 status

removed subschema #1 subschema #2 from the allOf[subschema #2] response property allOf list for the response status 200

deleted the query request parameter limit

added the new optional query request parameter limit
