added the new optional request property parameter_symbols

added the new optional request property project_id

path request parameter cell_spec_id list-of-types was widened by adding types null

for the path request parameter cell_spec_id, the type was generalized from string to no type, and format from uuid to no format

for the path request parameter cell_spec_id, the format changed from no format to uuid
