the response's body type changed from array to object for status 200

api operation id getMedias removed and replaced with getUserMedias

added the optional property count to the response with the 200 status

added the optional property limit to the response with the 200 status

added the optional property medias to the response with the 200 status

added the optional property offset to the response with the 200 status

added the success response with the status 206

for the query request parameter sort, the type was generalized from boolean to string
