Changes to Batch retrieve subscription statuses

the results/items/statuses/items/subscriptionId response's property format changed from int32 to int64 for status 200

removed the optional property errors from the response with the 200 status

removed the optional property numErrors from the response with the 200 status

the endpoint scheme security private_apps was removed from the API

added the success response with the status 207
