Deployments

Changes to List every container that has ever run for an environment — current and replaced by a later redeploy. Use each entry's `container_id` (or `id`) with the `/containers/{container_id}/metrics/history` endpoint to fetch persisted metrics for a specific container generation, including ones that no longer exist because a redeploy replaced them.
