removed the enum value Korea North of the request property billing_address/country

removed the enum value Korea South of the request property billing_address/country

api operation id v2_put_vendor removed and replaced with put_vendor

added the new optional request property status

the request property billing_address/country became optional

the request property billing_address/state became optional

added the new LADAKH(NEWLY ADDED) enum value to the request property billing_address/state

added the new Republic of Korea (South Korea) enum value to the request property billing_address/country

removed the pattern ^[a-zA-Z0-9._%+-]+@[a-zA-Z0-9.-]+(\.[a-zA-Z]{2,5})+$ from the request property email
