group_typestring nullable

Which group substrate the toggles are for. Optional, and only meaningful for context_type=agent_group, where both voice agent groups and text widget groups share one context. Omitting it returns the unfiltered catalog for the context -- the behaviour every caller had before this parameter existed -- so an older frontend degrades to that rather than to an empty panel.
