Handle Call Event

Handle call events from LiveKit agent worker.

Supported events:

  • call_started: Creates VoiceCall record
  • call_ended: Updates VoiceCall with final data and transcript
  • transcript_update: Accumulates transcript segments

Uses existing VoiceCall infrastructure.
