Changes to List account firewall rules

the response property results/items/description became required for the status 200

the description response's property default value was removed for the status 200

the description response's property default value was added for the status 200

the status_code response's property default value 403 was added for the status 200

the results/items/name response's property pattern was changed from ^[A-Za-z0-9\s.:'";<>?&|\\]+$ to ^[A-Za-z0-9\s.:'";<>?&|\\_-]+$ for the status 200
