for the query request parameter per_page, the min was decreased from 2.00 to 1.00

added the required property records/items/excluded_vehicle_type_ids_from_required_meter_readings to the response with the 200 status

added the required property records/items/excluded_vehicle_type_ids_from_required_repair_priority_class to the response with the 200 status

added the required property records/items/live_map_enabled to the response with the 200 status

added the optional property records/items/organization_id to the response with the 200 status
