Changes to List package dependents

removed the required property items/items/name from the response with the 200 status

changed the pattern of the path request parameter package from /^[a-z][a-z0-9]*(?:-[a-z0-9]+)*$/ to ^[a-z][a-z0-9]*(?:-[a-z0-9]+)*$

changed the pattern of the path request parameter scope from /^[a-z][a-z0-9]*(?:-[a-z0-9]+)*$/ to ^[a-z][a-z0-9]*(?:-[a-z0-9]+)*$

the response property items/items/versions became required for the status 200

the items/items/scope response's property pattern was changed from /^[a-z][a-z0-9]*(?:-[a-z0-9]+)*$/ to ^[a-z][a-z0-9]*(?:-[a-z0-9]+)*$ for the status 200

added the required property items/items/package to the response with the 200 status
