Changes to Validate KYC Information

deleted the header request parameter x-coinflow-auth-user-id

the endpoint scheme security userId was added to the API

api operation id validate-kyc removed and replaced with withdraw_ValidateKyc

the country request property's minLength was increased from 0 to 2

the firstName request property's minLength was increased from 0 to 1

the lastName request property's minLength was increased from 0 to 1

added the pattern ^[A-Z,a-z]{2}$ to the request property country

added the pattern ^\d\d\d\d-\d\d-\d\d$ to the request property dob

the country request property's maxLength was set to 2
