Changes to List departments

the endpoint scheme security companyToken was added to the API

removed the required property error/errors/per_page from the response with the 422 status

deleted the query request parameter include[]

added the new optional query request parameter include

the response property data/items/managers became optional for the status 200

added the required property data/items/managers/items/external_id to the response with the 200 status
