api operation id dashboardPublicRoster was added

removed the non-success response with the status 404

added the optional property maxTownhall to the response with the 200 status

added the optional property minTownhall to the response with the 200 status

the response property id became required for the status 200

the response property members became required for the status 200

the response property members/items/name became required for the status 200

the response property members/items/playerTag became required for the status 200

the response property members/items/townhall became required for the status 200
