Changes to GET /permissions

added the pattern ^[A-z_]+$ to the query request parameter application_type

for the query request parameter application_type, the maxLength was set to 25

api operation id Permissions.Get removed and replaced with Permissions_Get

added the optional property errors to the response with the 400 status

the items/description response's property pattern ^.*$ was added for the status 200

the items/type response's property pattern ^[a-z]+(?::[a-z]+){1,2}:[a-z]+$ was added for the status 200
