Changes to Sugar over /v1/icm/messages with kind=teleporter pre-applied

the query request parameter kind was restricted to a list of enum values

added the pattern ^(0x)?[0-9a-fA-F]{40}$ to the query request parameter address

added the pattern ^(0x)?[0-9a-fA-F]{64}$ to the query request parameter messageId

for the query request parameter address, the maxLength was set to 42

for the query request parameter messageId, the maxLength was set to 66

added the new enum value teleporter to the query request parameter kind

added the new enum value warp to the query request parameter kind

added the optional property data/items/originToken to the response with the 200 status
