changed the pattern of the request property skill_names/items from ^[a-z0-9]([-a-z0-9]*[a-z0-9])?$ to ^[a-z0-9]+(-[a-z0-9]+)*$

the skill_names/items request property's maxLength was increased from 32 to 63

added the new optional header request parameter X-AgentZ-Workspace-ID

added the non-success response with the status 415
