Batch market intelligence

Deprecated since #16312: use POST /api/v1/markets/flow/batch, which returns the same items under object market_flow_batch. This path stays live, keeps object market_intel_batch, and answers with Deprecation and successor Link headers. Returns each market's flow and top positions for 1-25 raw provider condition_id values. Results preserve request order, duplicate inputs return duplicate rows, and each item is charged one batch item unit before execution. Do not pass prefixed mkt_ IDs; use market.condition_id from search or explore.

Opt into strict query-name validation. The default is compatible: unknown names are ignored and reported in X-Query-Ignored. With strict, an unknown name returns 400 bad_request with error.reason unknown_query_parameter before the handler runs, including when its percent escape is incomplete.
