`POST /invoices/payment_modes`

## Request

payment_mode_type CREDIT is system-reserved and cannot be created via this endpoint.

    - `payment_mode_type` 'ONLINE' | 'OFFLINE' | 'FINANCE' | 'CHECK', required
    - `payment_mode_description` string, required
    - `restrict_to_access_role` boolean
    - `enabled_to_access_role` string[]: Access role uids. Required if restrict_to_access_role is true.
