# Update Payment Mode

`PUT /invoices/payment_modes/{payment_mode_uid}`

## Request

The CREDIT payment mode cannot be edited. If restrict_to_access_role is set on the existing mode, the caller's role must be in enabled_to_access_role or the request is rejected (403).
