# Add Estimate Note/Attachment (legacy)

`POST /estimate/{estimate_uid}/note_attachment`

## Request

- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Legacy combo endpoint that bundles a note and/or attachment onto an estimate in one call — distinct from the current Add Estimate Attachments endpoint. Request is wrapped under an `estimate` key despite the singular naming; unlike the current attachments endpoint, this has no bulk support, no `visible_to_customer`, no URL-extension validation, and doesn't write to the activity/audit trail.
