`GET /customer_portal/{company_uid}/jobs/{job_uid}/timeline`

Public, unauthenticated. Renders the job's public timeline page. Gated by the same job.gallery.is_enabled flag as the gallery page — there is no separate timeline-specific enable flag.

200 — rendered HTML timeline page.
