# Update Asset Attachment

`PUT /assets/{asset_uid}/attachments/{attachment_uid}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://dc-region.zuperpro.com/api`
- URL: `https://dc-region.zuperpro.com/api/assets/{asset_uid}/attachments/{attachment_uid}`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Replaces the file reference (file_name and url) on an existing attachment. Both fields are mandatory even on update — there is no partial-update/metadata-only path, since the attachment schema has no label/description field beyond file_name/url/file_size.
