# Get Webhook Config

`GET /api/webhooks`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://zsign.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://zsign.io/api/webhooks`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Get the org's current singleton HTTP webhook configuration.

Empty state is 200 + null (not 404) so Settings and programmatic
callers share this handler. Extra destinations are listed at GET
/api/webhooks/subscriptions (200 + []). PATCH/DELETE/rotate-secret
still 404 when nothing is configured — those are mutations of a
missing row.
