# Send Reviewed Draft

`POST /api/v1/documents/drafts/{document_id}/send-reviewed`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://zsign.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://zsign.io/api/v1/documents/drafts/{document_id}/send-reviewed`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Send stored recipients/settings at a reviewed revision; retries return the receipt.

The document id plus revision is the dedupe key, including a lost response
after commit. No model-generated operation key and no new grant schema.
Only sessions this endpoint created (draft_reviewed_send) replay; a draft
converted by another send path is a 409, never an approved receipt.
