# Delete Draft

`DELETE /api/v1/documents/drafts/{document_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://zsign.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://zsign.io/api/v1/documents/drafts/{document_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Delete an unsent draft: the document row, its parts, and every GCS
object they own. Sent and completed envelopes are audit records and are
not deletable -- on one of those this answers 404 like a missing row.
`revision` is the same optimistic-concurrency token every other draft
mutation accepts; omit it to delete whatever revision is current.
